Kishanganj, Bihar, Oct 23: Furious relatives of a woman, Belasi Devi, on Saturday bashed up four jawans of Sashastra Seema Bal, as the Guwahati-Jodhpur-Bikaner Express stopped at Kishanganj station.
Belasi Devi, who had gone to New Jalpaiguri to see her ailing husband, was returning by this train alongwith her two sons, when the SSB jawans allegedly molested her and threw her out of their coach.
The woman somehow managed to board another coach, and meanwhile her sons relayed this news to their relatives in Kishenganj, where angry relatives lay in wait for the jawans. Govt Railway Police jawan watched as the SSB men were being bashed up by the mob.
