AP Governor, CM extend greetings on Vijaya Dasami

Expressing happiness over Cyclone Phailin causing only minor losses in the state, he thanked people in general, his cabinet colleagues, public representatives, officials and personnel from the army, navy, air force, National Disaster Relief Force (NDRF) and others to help the state tide over the crisis.
