The State Bank of India (www.sbi.co.in) is most likely to release SBI PO mains results 2016 / SBI Probationary Officers main result 2016 today. The candidates can check the result on SBI’s official website - sbi.co.in
The candidates who will clear the examination will be called for the group discussion and personal interview.
The interview process will start on September 1. The final selection list will be published on September 30 for filling-up the 2200 PO posts.
The application process for the PO vacancy had started on May 4 and ended on May 24. About 48000 candidates had appeared for mains exam that was conducted online on July 31.
The Probationary Officers will be on probation of two years. After the end of probation or training period, they will be subjected to a screening process.
SBI, a government-owned corporation with its headquarters in Mumbai, conducts examinations on an annual basis to fill vacancies across the country.
