Delhi High Court on Monday transferred the plea of 20 AAP MLAs challenging the disqualification order to the division bench of the High Court in a matter related to the Office Of Profit case.
The high court also continued its interim order which asked Election Commission to not issue any notification for Delhi bypolls on the 20 assembly seats in Delhi.
