Sanjay Dutt may have resigned from his post as the general secretary of Samajwadi Party, but he continues to be a hot favourite with politicians around the world.
The Bollywood star and his wife Maanyata were the guests of the Crown Prince of Dubai, HH Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed, at the opening of the Burj Khalifa — the tallest building in the world, and they also attended the annual function of the one of the biggest universities there. “Looks like I'm in demand suddenly,” said Sanju.
Sanjay who flew to London on Thursday to be at a fund-raiser being hosted by the British MP Keith Vaz in Leicester said, “Mana and I accepted the invitation to be at the charity dinner hosted by British Prime Minister Gordon Brown. If there is something I can do for a good cause, I'm always willing.''
From UK, Sanju is flying to Ukraine to meet Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko. “This is a personal invitation that has been extended to my wife and me,'' said the actor who had met the Ukranian PM at a social function in India.
