Shilpa Shetty has shared a new yoga challenge on Instagram, posting a video of herself performing a dynamic sequence that moves through several transitions. The actor asked her followers, "Ready for a yoga challenge?" as she demonstrated the flow.

According to the caption, the sequence focuses on the core while also working on balance, hip mobility and overall body awareness. The continuous movements are also intended to encourage breath control, coordination and concentration.

The dynamic flow works the abdominal muscles along with the wrists, shoulders and arms. Shilpa's caption says the sequence can also support core stability, balance and circulation.

The transitions require strength, control, timing and proper alignment, making the sequence more challenging than a basic yoga routine.
