New York Fashion Week, a semi-annual fashion event held in February and September of each year where international fashion collections are shown to buyers, the press, and the general public. It is one of four major fashion weeks in the world, collectively known as the Big 4, along with those in Paris, London, and Milan. This time, at the ramp of New York Fashion Week (NYFW), popular fashion designer Bibhu Mohapatra showcased his art. Indian jewels sparkled at Mohapatra's show for NYFW.
Over 40 jewellery pieces in 18 karat white and rose gold were curated specifically for creations by Mohaptra, who celebrated his tenth-anniversary collection by getting his clients to bring his gowns to life. Mohaptra's Fall Winter 2019 collection was inspired by his trip to Mount Stewart, UK.

A few hours away from my tenth anniversary show, a special feeling of nostalgia and gratitude takes over me for all who supported me to launch my name sake collection, ten years ago. @bobbybeard @parnold12 @thelsd @alexarodulfo #jennifermanko @elisawhang @trophysophie @laurabhenson @allison_luzier @ralexbeard and many more. Looking forward to celebrating #bibhu10 today. Those who can’t join in person please catch the show live from the runway. Link in bio. ♥️♥️♥️🙏🏽
Also, driven by a deep-seated interest in design, Narayan Jewellers by Ketan and Jatin Chokshi unveiled their new jewellery line at the fashion extravaganza in a show organised in association with Forevermark.
