Team Simmba kickstarts shooting in Hyderabad
Rohit Shetty has gathered the gang of his upcoming movie Simmba and took off to Hyderabad for the start to finish two-month schedule of the movie. Starring Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan along with producer Karan Johar, the team will be filming the movie at Ramoji Rao Film City in Andhra Pradesh.
To get the madness officially started, Karan Johar’s Dharma Production took their social media to post a picture of this awesome foursome with the caption, “Here we go! Team #Simmba all set for the journey ahead!” The picture also reveals the first look of lead actors Ranveer and Sara. While Ranveer is seen sporting a mustache and hair done neatly to step into the shoes of a cop, while Sara is seen wearing a colorful skirt with a denim jacket.
The two are clicked with the director of the film Rohit Shetty and producer Karan Johar. The duo looks equally handsome and refreshing in the frame. Later Dharma Production posted another video of all the madness that is going on the sets of simmba. In the video, Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh are seen calling Sara as her mother Amrita Singh, after which she runs after them.
Meanwhile, Sara Alia Khan will mark her debut in Bollywood with Kedarnath opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. She will be shooting for both the movie simultaneously. Simmba is slated for a December release this year.
Talking about Simmba, the movie is the Hindi remake of Telugu film Temper. It will hit the screen on December 28th. Other than Simmba, Ranveer Singh will also be seen in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy featuring Alia Bhatt
