As the actor turned 38 on Monday, wife Mira Kapoor took to Instagram to share a lovestruck picture of them together along with a heartfelt birthday wish for him.

On the work front, Shahid Kapoor was last seen in Batti Gul Meter Chalu along with Shraddha Kapoor. Currently, he is shooting for the remake of Telegu blockbuster Arjun Reddy which is called Kabir Singh. He will be seen paired opposite Kiara Advani in the film and it will hit the screens on June 21. Shahid Kapoor will also be stepping into the shoes of a producer with his next film, a biopic based on the life of boxer Dingko Singh.
