Bollywood actor Kunal Kemmu, who was last seen in the Rohit Shetty film Golmaal Returns, was recently caught riding without a helmet in a Mumbai street. He was fined by the police for violating traffic rules and, now Kunal himself has shared his pictures riding on his bike on social media. The actor, who is married to Soha Ali Khan, took to Twitter and said that it was “embarrassing” for him to see such pictures of himself being circled across the internet. Extending his apologies, Kunal Kemmu said he doesn’t want to set any wrong example.
“I have seen this picture out there and honestly it's very embarrassing given I love bikes and ride regularly and always with a helmet and some more gear but whether it's a long ride or just next door a helmet should always be worn. Apologies I don't want to set the wrong example!”, the actor tweeted.
Meanwhile, the Mumbai Police said, “@kunalkemmu You love bikes, we love every citizen’s safety. And we wish a regret could avert mishaps! Hope next time the realisation won’t be an afterthought! An e - challan has been dispatched”.
Kunal Kemmu is now a proud father to Inaaya Naumi Kemmu. The actor is often seen sharing quality time with his bundle of joy.
It was Kunal who shared his happiest news to the world through social media. ‘’We are over the moon to share we have been blessed with a beautiful baby girl on this auspicious day Thank you for the love&blessings”, the actor tweeted.
Kunal and Soha got married in 2015. It was love at first sight for both as they locked eyes on the sets of Dhoondte Reh Jaaoge film.
