New Delhi: Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt ‘2 States' is least perturbed by the new releases Revolver Rani and Kaanchi. In its second Friday and Saturday, ‘2 States' has raked in Rs 69.83 cr in India and what is astonishing here is that the flick has beaten Salman Khan's ‘Jai Ho' at box office.

And howz that? Well, here it is. Initially Salman Khan's political satire drama enjoyed a brilliant one week raking in Rs 88.78 cr but thereafter its second week's performance slowed down badly.

The flick on its second Friday and Saturday made just Rs 3.40 cr and 4.50 cr respectively falling short of Rs 3.51 cr and Rs 5.55 cr collection of ‘2 States' on same days in second week.

“JaiHo [Week 2] Fri 3.40 cr, Sat 4.50+ cr. Grand total: Rs 96.68 cr”, tweeted trade analyst Taran Adarsh.

"#2States [Week 2] Fri 3.51 cr, Sat 5.55 cr. Grand total: Rs 69.83 cr nett. India biz. INCREDIBLE", tweets trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh.

Among the new releases its Kangana Ranaut's Revovler Rani which is performing better raking in Rs 3.25 cr in two days while Kaanchi and Samrat & Co. made merely Rs 1.25 and Rs 50 lakh in two days.

"'2 States' is still leading. Among the new releases, 'Revolver Rani' is doing the best. It has minted approximately Rs 3.25 crore in two days. 'Kaanchi' has collected about Rs 1.25 crore and 'Samrat & Co.' must have earned not more than Rs 50 lakh," Rajesh Thadani of Multimedia Combines told IANS.

If latest trends are to be believed then, the Abhishek Varman directorial has made Rs 75 cr by second weekend and further it has solid chances to become Alia-Arjun's first Rs 100 cr club flick.
