Mumbai, Dec 16 : Bollywood will once again witness the comic-chemistry of John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan, as ‘Dostana 2' goes on floors from next year, producer Karan Johar has said.
“DOSTANA 2 is definitely starting next year....Script is locked...abhishek and john are ready!!! The boys are back!! Tarun is all set....,” Johar said on twitter.
The 2008 romantic-comedy film ‘Dostana' starring Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham and Priyanka Chopra, was produced by Karan Johar.
‘Dostana' directed by Tarun Mansukhani explored the story of two men - Abhishek and John, who pretend to be gay, so that they can rent an apartment from an older lady.
Both the men fall in love with the same girl - Priyanka, their roommate However, the fans will miss ‘Desi girl' Priyanka in the sequel, as she has been reportedly replaced by Katrina Kaif.
