Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat has released and the film is doing wonderful business at the box office. Despite protest and various controversies, movie buffs are showering their love on the actors. Thus, in order to return the favour actor Shahid Kapoor did something very sweet. Yes, the actor entered a theatre in Mumbai during the interval and surprised people who came to watch the film. This was indeed a sweet gesture from the actor’s side.

In the video, the excitement of the fans after watching their favourite star in front of them is easily visible. Well, not ever day you get the opportunity to see Shahid in front of the audience in the cinema halls.

Shahid played the role of Raja Ratan Singh in the film whereas Ranveer Singh was seen as Alauddin Khalji. Actress Deepika Padukone was seen as Rani Padmini in the magnum opus. The three actors gave spectacular performances. The movie has been mired in controversies right from day one. Religious groups accused the filmmaker for distorting the facts.

Now, the film has released and is doing wonderful business not only in India but also internationally. The film was earlier scheduled to clash with actor Akshay Kumar starrer PadMan but after Bhansali requested Khiladi Kumar, the release date of the latter has been shifted to February 9.
