NEW DELHI: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has recommended flat spectrum usage charges. It has also proposed spectrum trading.
TRAI has recommended a 67 per cent cut in the reserve price for auction of telecom spectrum in Delhi, Mumbai, Karnataka and Rajasthan.
The Authority had recommended auction of spectrum in the 1800 MHz band in lots of 2 x 200 KHz.
Further, TRAI has recommended a 62 per cent cut in the reserve price for auction of 900 MHz telecom spectrum in Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata.
