Samsung sells 3 million Galaxy Note II since debut

New Delhi, Nov 2: Samsung says it has sold 3 million units of its stylus totting phablet (phone-tablet) Galaxy Note II. The company also said the 5.5-inch smartphone is selling at a much faster rate

The device comes with S Pen stylus, which allows users to previews emails, image galleries and videos by hovering the stylus over them. It lets users to easily copy and edit the content, while the 'Easy Clip' feature is intended to make outlining and cropping easier.




The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is powered by Exynos quad core processor at 1.6GHz and it has 2GB of RAM and a GPU, which is suitable for amazing gameplay. The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and offers access to 600,000 apps that Android handsets can. It comes with a camera of 8 megapixels on the back and a front camera of 1.9 megapixels.

Samsung's rival Apple had earlier launched its new iPad mini in Asia including South Korea, Japan and Australia, entering the market for mobile devices sized somewhere between smartphones and tablet PCs.
