While the build-up for the launch of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus continues ahead of its annual event scheduled for the third week of September, there are reports that Apple may use the platform to also launch the next-generation iPad Pro.
The revelation of sorts has been confirmed as some photos of the Apple iPad Pro 2 with a 12.9-inch screen have been leaked in China, which is expected to go into production in September.
The photos are shared by an anonymous tipster Apple Insider only showing the settings menu of the iPad Pro 2. The leaked photos has the model number as MH1C2CD/F, which is not credited to any current or past Apple device.
The photos also show that it will come with 12GB of available storage and in the software front, the tablet will run on the latest version of iOS 10 beta, which was released to developers earlier this month.
Based on the leaks, the iPad will be powered by an A10X processor along with an improved camera and 3D Touch respectively.
Also, it could be possible that Apple might unveil the iPad Pro 2 along with the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus.
According to a recent report, the launch event is expected to take place in the week of September 12.
The upcoming iPhones are expected to look similar to iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus with small changes that will include redesigned antenna lines, and no 3.5mm audio jack. There are also rumors of a new ‘space black’ color variant.
If we take a look at the expected specification the iPhone 7 will feature a new A10 processor, 2GB of RAM, while the iPhone 7 Plus variant will come with 3GB of RAM. Other new features expected are TouchID sensor with ForceTouch, waterproofing capabilities and a dual-camera setup.
