New Delhi: Constable Sandeep of Delhi Police was suspended today after he slapped the photographer of Daily Tribune who was clicking the picture of an elephant gone slightly berserk near Rajghat.
Five policemen watched in glee as the constable slapped the photographer in full view of other camerapersons.
Policemen said they were asking the photojournalist to move away, but he was engrossed in clicking the photograph and quarrelled with police.
