Interestingly, the 20-year old Digangana will be essaying Govinda’s girlfriend in the comedy film Fry Day. The film is helmed by Abhishek Dogra, who is known for directing Sonam Kapoor Dolly Ki Doli.
The shooting of Fry Day is mostly done in Delhi and it also stars Fukrey actor Varun Sharma. The character of Govinda’s wife will be played by Prabhleen Sandhu in the film.
Digangana, who was a popular face of TV show Veer Ki Ardaas Veera, participated in the Salman Khan’s controversial reality show after completing the TV series.
This Bigg Boss 9 contestant made her acting debut as a child in the TV show Kya Haadsa Kya Haqeeqat. She ws also part of shows Shakuntala, Ruk Jaana Nahin and Balika Vadhu.
During the show Bigg Boss 9, Salman also made Digangana to chop off her long tresses.
