IMD issues warning for bad weather in Delhi on Wednesday

The maximum temperature in the national capital settled at 36.6 degrees Celsius on Thursday, two notches above normal, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
As cold waves tighten its grip over Delhi, stray animals have been left out in the cold with no respite.
As temperature continues to dip in the national capital, several homeless people were moved to night shelters in Kashmiri Gate area. There are around total of 17 night shelters at Kashmiri Gate.
The national capital reeled under sultry weather on Thursday as rains continued to elude large parts of the city.
