  Gujarat rains: The IMD said the monsoon remains "vigorous" and heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely in parts of Saurashtra and North and South Gujarat in the next three days. Khambhalia received 487 mm rainfall (extremely heavy) in the 24 hours ending Sunday midnight, the highest for a taluka in a single day during the current monsoon season.
