Apple iPad Pro launched with 11-inch and 12.9-inch Liquid Retina Display and A12X Bionic 7nm Chip, starting at $799
Apple has launched the all-new 11-inch and 12.9 inch iPad Pro at an event held in New York. The new iPads come with an all-screen design with Liquid Retina True Tone display that has a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The iPad Pro comes with an integrated Face ID, which replaces the home button and Touch ID.
The new iPads come powered by the new A12X Bionic 7nm chip that features the next-generation Neural Engine, seven-core and Apple-designed GPU. Moreso, the new iPads can magnetically incorporate the second-generation Apple Pencil that also charges wirelessly at the same time.
Apple has gone with the USB-C connector by replacing the Lightning connect that offers power for charging along with support USB 3.1 Gen 2 for high-bandwidth data transfers up to twice the speed to and from cameras and musical instruments, drives external displays up to 5K and the iPad Pro USB-C can be used to charge an iPhone as well. The new iPads come with a promise of up to 10 hours of battery life.

The Apple iPad 2018 comes in two display sizes of 11-inch and 12.9-inch with Liquid Retina display, P3 Color Gamut, 600 nits brightness and 264 PPI. It is powered by an Octa-Core A12X Bionic 7nm chip with 64-bit architecture, 7-core GPU and M12 motion coprocessor and comes in four storage configurations of 64GB/256GB/512GB/1TB variants. The iPad runs on iOS 12 and comes with four-speaker audio.
For optics, the iPad comes with a 12MP camera with f/1.8 aperture, 5P lens, Hybrid IR filter and Quad-LED True Tone flash. On the front is the 7MP HD front-facing FaceTime HD camera with f/2.2 aperture and Portrait mode. Other connectivity options include 4G LTE (optional), Wi‑Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz); HT80 with MIMO, Bluetooth 5.0 and USB-C.
