Melbourne, Dec 26: David Warner smashed a quick-fire half century as Australia ended the first day of the second test against Sri Lanka at 150-3 after dismissing the visitors for a paltry 156 at tea
Mitchell Johnson (4-63) earlier claimed four wickets as the bowlers dominated Sri Lanka, despite Kumar Sangakkara's defiant 58 that included his 10,000th test run.
Johnson, meanwhile, claimed his 200th test wicket.
