Paswan's son pointed out that his party LJPhad contested 12 seats in Bihar last time. "Winnability factor will decide the number of seats and it depends of the alliance, how many seats we can win".
Paswan is presently facing flak from the CBI in connection with a recruitment scam, and his talks with Congress over allocation of LS seats has almost broken down.
On the other hand, a section of BJP leaders in Bihar Ashwini Choubey are openly opposing the move to tie up with Paswan.
