11:50 am: AAP mentor Yogendra Yadav after meeting Kejriwal says: "Vinod Binny is not lusting for power. He has joined our politics of sacrifice.  We will first pass a bill, and work towards implementing 18 points." On Congress support, Yadav says, it's not for me to speculate, we do not have an alliance.

10:45 am: Union Home Ministry forwards Rashtrapati Bhawan communique to Delhi Lt Governor for fixing date and time of swearing-in ceremony
