There are also reports that young party MP Ashok Tanwar will be made the PCC chief of Haryana in place of Phulchand Mulana, whose replacement is long due. 

Already there is buzz in the party that some party office bearers will be replaced and some central ministers be drafted for party work for poll preparations.

There is also a speculation about replacement of a couple of party Chief Ministers including Vijay Bahuguna of Uttarakhand.

Lovely was General Secretary of the National Student Union of India in 1992. He was elected to Delhi Assembly for the first time in 1998 from Gandhi Nagar constituency and became the youngest MLA at the age of 28. 

He was again elected to the assembly in 2003 and 2008.  As Transport Minister, he is credited with improving the transport infrastructure in Delhi.

In the December 4 polls, he retained the Gandhi Nagar constituency for the fourth consecutive term.
