Ambala: Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij had a narrow escape today morning after his car was hit by a tanker.
As per the reports, Anij was driving his Swift Dzire when the incident took at the GT Road near Ambala. The minister was on his was to Chandigarh from here.
The minister was immediately pulled out of the car by locals. He is now at his Ambala residence.
Anil was going to Chandigarh to attend the Haryana Assembly session.
Anil is a sitting MLA from Ambala Cantt. He had defeated his nearest rival Nirmal Singh of Congress by over 15,000 votes.
