Mumbai, May 14: Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray, who was admitted to the Lilavati Hospital on May 12, is now stable and will be discharged this evening, doctor said.
“He is fine and there are no complications. He had come for regular check up and was admitted due to his chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) and heart-related routine checkups,” chest physician at Lilavati, Jalil Parkar told PTI.
“He will be discharged at 0430 pm,” Parkar added.
“There are certain checkups which need to be done in the hospital for which he was admitted,” he furrther said.
