The third and the final phase will be held from 21-24th April. This will see various programs such as Prabhat Pheri in the village, programmes on sanitation, a cultural programme as well as a sports programme.

On 24th April 2016, Panchayati Raj Day will be celebrated at Jamshedpur, which will be attended by selected Panchayat representatives from the country.
