Pulwama,J&k: An unidentified militant was killed in an ongoing encounter in Pulwama district of south Kashmir today morning.
According to the reports Security forces cordoned off village Kangan in Pulwama, 35 km from here, following information about presence of militants there.
As security forces surrounded the house where they were hold up, the militants opened fire, which was retaliated.
The encounter is going on from last 14 hours and officials are searching for the another militant who is expected to be holed up
