An earthquake measuring 4.1 magnitude on the Richter scale was felt in Andaman and Nicobar Islands on Satuday. According to the National Centre for Seismology (NCS), the earthquake tremors were felt 320 km north of Diglipur at 7.49 pm.
The depth of the quake was 50 km.
There were no immediate reports of any loss of life or damage to property due to the earthquake.
