New Delhi: Delhi Police officers squabbled over jurisdiction, as a 30 year old man lay bleeding on the road crushed by a DTC bus (route no. 137) near Lalaram Akhada on Roshanara road on Monday night.
The man lay bleeding for more than one and half hour as SHOs (Station House Officers) of three police station, Roop Nagar, Sabzi Mandi and Bara Hindu Rao started giving excuses saying the incident did not fall within their jurisdictional area.
The man died on the spot.The deceased was going to buy a Rakhi gift for his sister. He had married six months ago.
The driver and conductor have been detained.
