Aligarh: In a very odd scenario at a wedding ceremony in Aligarh, an ‘excited' bhabhi (sister-in-law) kissed her devar (brother-in-law) while he was in the middle of his life's most important event.
According to a report published in Times of India, the bhabhi was so excited that she pulled the bridegroom to the dance floor and shook a leg before kissing her devar in front of bride and entire family.
The kissing scene of bhabhi and devar resulted into brawl between the two families.
Angry over the ‘chemistry' between the two, bride's family also indulged into beating the members of the wedding procession (baraat).
They also held the bridegroom captive.
Aligarh Mayor Shakuntala Bharati, who was also present at the scene, said that both come from very good, educated families and whatever happened was very shocking.
The groom went back without the bride, he said.
As soon as police was informed about the matter, they rushed to place and settled the matter.
