New Delhi: Actor Arjun Kapoor's sculpted muscles have surely helped him to gain women's attentions. His trainer Kyle Arthur says the secret lies in fitness programme called RAW28.
"I have developed a programme to sculpt, shape and develop Arjun's physique into something truly impressive. I call this plan, RAW28. We have used this plan in recent weeks to ‘shock' the body, to produce a new stimulus and force the body to adapt," Arthur told IANS.
