New Delhi: This is the holy month of Ramdan where muslims fasts whole day without drinking a single drop of water. After sunset, which is called as an iftar time, Muslims prepare several delicious mouth watering dishes to end their fasts.

 
Tomato Olive Cod is rich in proteins and vitamins. It helps in building up of energy level.
 
Here is the delicious recipe of Tomato Olive Cod for pleasant starting of the evening meal 
 
2 lbs cod fillets, ½ diced small red onion, 4 diced garlic cloves, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon dried basil, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ¼ cup pitted and sliced green olives, 2 cup fresh diced tomatoes (tomatoes on the vine are best. For corn sensitive people, critic acid in tomatoes should not be present in it), ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar

 
Procedure:
 
1. Place cod on rimmed baking sheet.
2. Combine the above required ingredients in a bowl and then place them on top of the cod.
3. Bake the food at 350 F for 20 minutes until the cod fillets become crunchy.
 
Healthy and delicious Tomato Olive Cod is ready to serve as a starter in iftar.
