Kareena Kapoor Khan switches on glam mode as she shoots for Good News
Kareena Kapoor Khan and Akshay Kumar, who have worked together previously in films like Kambakht Ishq, Bewafa and Talaash, have joined hands again for Good News. The film has gained popularity even before any official release of poster, trailer or song. The duo has already started shooting for the film. Recently, a behind-the-scene picture of Kareena Kapoor Khan from the sets of Good News started doing rounds on the social media. The actress was shooting for the film in Mumbai. In the picture, that has now gone viral, she is wearing a black coloured sweatshirt or dress.
Good News is about a married couple who is desperately trying to have a baby. It is said to be a comedy drama which has Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani in important roles. They are playing a Punjabi couple also trying for a baby.
Film’s producer Karan Johar announced that the film will release in September this year. Earlier, it was expected to hit the theatres in July itself.
Kareena Kapoor Khan will also beging working in Karan Johar’s directorial Takht which also has Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal and Alia Bhatt in important roles. The film will commence shooting in September this year.
Akshay Kumar’s another period drama Kesari is all set to hit the theatres on March 21. The film is based on the famous Battle of Saragarhi. Akshay is playing the role of Ishar Singh in the period drama.
