With Kerala experiencing the world flood in the century, entire India is coming to help the victims. Film stars including Bollywood celebrities also donated to the cause. Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Sunny Leone, Kangana Ranaut among others came forward to help flood victims. Now speculations are rife that Salman Khan donated Rs 12 crore for Kerala relief. Though there hasn't been any official confirmation from his side, actor-comedian Jaaved Jaaferi took to Twitter to shower praises on the superstar.

Jaaferi wrote, ''Heard @BeingSalmanKhan donated Rs 12cr for Kerala.. this man is something else. Kitnon ki duaein leke chal rahi hain isey. God Bless you bro. Love and #Respect''. However, this tweet was made only to delete later. The actor later wrote that he tweeted because there is a strong possibility as Salman is known for making donations and helping those in need. He wrote, ''I had tweeted that I had ‘heard’ about @BeingSalmanKhan ‘s contribution. Because it was a very strong possibility given his track record, I put forward my thoughts and admiration''.

While Sushant Singh Rajput donated Rs 1 crore on behalf of a fan, Gold actor Kunal Kapoor contributed Rs 1.2 crore. Ram Charan, Rajinikanth and other south stars have also helped those stranded in Kerala flood. Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda went a step ahead and went Kerala to help flood victims.

In a photo shared by Khalsa Aid, the actor can be seen serving meal to people. The organisation shared the pictures with the caption, ''Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda joins the Khalsa Aid team in Kerala! It’s great to see celebrities on the ground and not just simply commenting on social media''.

Kerala flood has caused a huge loss to lives and property. Several others are stranded in relief camps waiting for floodwater to recede so that they can go back home.

On a related note, Salman Khan is currently shooting for Ali Abbas Zafar's directorial Bharat, co-starring Katrina Kaif.
