Now, Alia Bhatt has come to the forefront to speak about her PDA moment with beau Ranbir Kapoor. When asked if it was an official announcement of their relationship, she told Mumbai Mirror, "That was not an announcement. And I don’t need to defend what I did because it was very personal." Not just that, upon being quizzed about mom Soni Razdan's comment that Alia is 'too young to rush into any lifetime decision' she said, "I don’t know in what context she said it so it’s difficult to comment."

On the other hand, Alia also opened up about Roop, her character in Kalank and working with a talented bunch in the period saga. "It is a wonderful role, probably my most challenging till date because the way Roop deals with situations in her life is very different from the way I would.
