Abhishek Bachchan celebrates father Amitabh Bachchan’s 50 years in Bollywood wearing an ‘iconic’ t-shirt
Today, megastar Amitabh Bachchan has clocked 50 successful years in Indian cinema. On the occasion, son Abhishek Bachchan has dedicated an Instagram post to his dad, writing a full-fledged account of what happened today when he went to his father to wish him. He shared a selfie wearing a t-shirt printed with Amitabh Bachchan’s face with ‘icon’ written next to it. Abhishek Bachchan told how his father Amitabh Bachchan is still dedicated towards his work despite being in his 70s.

50 years today he started his journey in films. Even today, his passion and love for his craft and work is the same as I'm sure it was on the first day.

Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan have worked together in Bunty Aur Babli for a song Kajra Re which was filmed on actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Apart from this, they also worked together in R Balki’s Paa in which the megastar played the role of a progeric son of Vidya Balan.
On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan is working in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. He will also be seen in Taapsee Pannu starrer Badla, which is slated to release on 8th March, 2019.
