New Delhi, Jul 25: Two-films old Shraddha Kapoor, who made her debut alongside Amitabh Bachchan in ‘Teen Patti', says she never misses an opportunity to sashay down the ramp, though she doesn't have any modeling background.
“I haven't done any modeling earlier in my life but whenever I get an opportunity to walk (the ramp) I never refuse it. It's a nervous moment for me at the beginning every time but when I walk it becomes a fun moment for me,” Shraddha, the daughter of actor Shakti Kapoor, said.
“I am always open to walk on the ramp,” she said. The actress, who wore a white flowy gown, was the show's topper of designer Anju Modi, in the second edition of the Delhi Couture Week today.
Asked when she will walk the ramp with her father, Shraddha was quick to reply, “He doesn't like all these things but has no problem walking the ramp. You people need to convince him for the same.”
Modi's collection titled ‘Maya' included angrakhas, sarees, jackets and lehengas.“My creation is the result of meditation. I meditate first and then I start designing my clothes. As I was in a peaceful mood, my collection uses the white colour. White is actually the melange of all the colours,” Modi said. PTI
