Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan’s Twitter banter reveals first poster of Badla, trailer out tomorrow

On Friday, Shah Rukh Khan’s random tweet addressed to megastar Amitabh Bachchan has left people confused. He wrote, “Main aap se Badla lene aa raha hoon @SrBachchan saab! Taiyaar rahiyega.” His random tweet has left his fans wondering what the King Khan is talking about. However, this might probably be related to Amitabh Bachchan’s upcoming film Badla which is bankrolled by SRK’s home production banner Red Chillies Entertainment.

In no time, Amitabh Bachchan also took to his Twitter to reply to Shah Rukh Khan’s tweet. He wrote, “Arey bhai @iamsrk, Badla lene ka time toh nikal gaya .. Ab toh sab ko Badla dene ka time hai.”

Taapsee Pannu, who is starring alongside Amitabh Bachchan in Badla also joined this sweet banter. She wrote, “.@iamsrk Galat cheez maang li aap ne... ab toh ban gayi film. Par phir bhi kuch lena hi hai toh ye Badla ka poster hi le lijiye! @SrBachchan looking great here. “

With this, the entire team of Badla dropped a news bomb with the trailer release date. According to Taapsee Pannu’s tweet, the trailer will be released on February 12th. In the poster, Amitabh Bachchan is donning an intense look which aligns accurately with the word revenge. The tag line reads, “Maaf Kar Dena Har Baar Sahi Nahi Hota.”

Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu have reunited for the second time in Badla. They have starred together in Shoojit Sircar’s Pink which became a massive hit back in 2016. The film is scheduled to hit the theatres on March 8. 2019 on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

Badla, directed by Sujoy Ghosh, will present the two actors in pivotal roles. It has been produced by Red Chillies Entertainment in association with Azure Entertainment. Before this, Ghosh has successfully helmed crime-thriller films like Vidya Balan’s critically-acclaimed film Kahaani and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Vidya Balan and Amitabh Bachchan-starrer Te3n.
