Recently, a promo of a short film titled, ““Hum Kuchh Kah Na Sakey” featuring the late TV actress Pratyusha Banerjee has stormed the internet.  It was said that the film was made by reality-show contestant Kamya Punjabi, who was a good friend of the deceased actress.

Kamya confirmed that the film would release on April 1, which is Pratyusha’s first death anniversary.

Now, Pratyusha’s boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh opened up and spoke on the film. He said that Kamya couldn’t have made any film with his late girlfriend as she was always with him before her death.

Speaking to a leading daily, Rahul said, “I’ve a record of all of Pratyusha’s activities in the months before I lost her. She was always with me. We went together to Ranchi for my brother’s child’s naming ceremony. Then we went to Goa. When did Pratyusha shoot this so-called film with Kamya?”

He went on to accuse Kamya of spreading false news and called the film “fraud”.

Rahul also said that the TV actress just wanted to mint money in a dead person’s name and accused her of seeking “bogus” publicity.

In remembrance of his love, Rahul also informed that he will be writing a book on Pratyusha.

He said that he had been living with the idea for some time now and, it came to him, after he found a diary written by her in his house.

“I start crying suddenly for no reason. I had fallen in love with her. And now when I’ve lost her I cannot bear to see her name being used cheaply by people whom she hardly met”, added Rahul.

Pratyusha Banerjee started her career on the small screen in a supporting role in 2010 show “Rakt Sambandh”.

The same year she was cast as Anandi in “Balika Vadhu”. Three years later she quit the show.

Pratyusha then participated in “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa” and reality show “Bigg Boss 7”.
