Actress Swara Bhaskar recently made headlines because of her open letter slamming the depiction of ‘jauhar’ in filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial venture Padmaavat. Twitter and Bollywood looked divided on the issue. There were some who stated that the actress is entitled to her opinion whereas others trolled her for it. Now, the lady’s latest tweet is hinting at something that can surely add fuel to the fire. However, it seems like a joke.
Swara took to micro-blogging site Twitter and wrote, “मुझे #limelight में रहना अच्छा लगता है, इसलिए मैं #controversy create करती हूं। p.s. i hate Balraj!!!!! @BalrajSyal.”
Swara’s tweet became the topic of discussion on social media.
According to a leading entertainment portal, the lady graced Entertainment Ki Raat and comedian Balraj was making fun of her for her open letter. During the interaction, Swara said that she is not scared of controversies after which the comedian challenged her, and the tweet was the dare given to her.
After Swara’s tweet, Raghu Ram replied, “Hahaha! What a sport @ReallySwara! Respect #EntertainmentKiRaat.”
Padmaavat, which released on January 25, is getting good response from the audience. The movie has crossed Rs 100 cr mark at the box office. The film features Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh in pivotal roles.
