Filmmaker Abbas-Mustan’s upcoming film ‘Machine’ that features Abbas Burmanwala’s son Mustafa Burmanwala opposite actress Kaiara Advani was cleared without any cut and got a ‘U/A’ certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).
Censor chief Pahlaj Nihalani stated that it was a clean entertaining film adding that they didn’t get anything vulgar so there were no reasons for them to cut any scene in the film. He also praised Mustafa, who is making his debut with the movie.
Nihalani said that Mustafa looked confident, when he fights and dances on screen. He added that the actor has inherited honesty and humility from his family and that was visible in his performance.
Interestingly, the film ‘Machine’ has the recreated version of ‘Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast’ that originally featured actor Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon. The new song was launched recently and portrayed Mustafa and Kiara doing some sensational moves.
Both Mustafa and Kaira are currently promoting their film and will soon appear on Kapil’s programme, ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’.
It is worthy to mention here that the ace comedian made his Bollywood debut with Abbas-Mustan’s film ‘Kis Kis Ko Pyar Karun’. Thus, the directors will also be seen gracing the episode.
Kiara was last seen in Sushant Singh Rajput starrer ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’ and was applauded for her performance.
‘Machine’ is slated to hit screens on March 17.
