Google Doodle celebrates Nobel Prize winner Max Born’s birthday

Max Born was honored with the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1954.

Today, Google is celebrating the 135th birthday of Max Born with doodle. The physicist and mathematician’s contribution in quantum mechanics is hard to explain in words. He discovered one of the important rules of the quantum system. He was awarded the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1954 for his contribution. Things in the modern era would not have been the same without Max’s inventions.

He was born on December 11, 1882 to Professor Gustav Born and Margarete. He was an outstanding student right from his childhood. After completing Ph.D. from Göttingen University, Max Born became a professor of theoretical physics. He served as a professor for three years in Stokes Lecturer at Cambridge University. He continued to teach in Edinburgh University till he retired in 1954.

He was honoured with Noble Prize for the Born Rule which uses mathematical probability to predict where wave particles are located.
