New Delhi: UCWeb has rolled out a new update to its UC Browser HD (version 3.0) browser app for Android, a mobile and tablet browser designed for big screen devices.
Some of the new additions include intelligent text zoom feature, which automatically enlarges the text on the webpage with a text body, such as news articles and forums. It also includes gesture controlled browsing, involving swiping to move through the webpages; a gesture controlled video player, which detects the videos on a webpage and activates the built-in player offering gesture control over the video being played.
The video player, embedded in the browser itself, makes sure that you don't need to open another application to watch videos on the internet.
You can download the latest version of the browser from the Google Play Store.
There's also an “Intelligent Text Zoom” function, which makes sure that text content stays big and saves the user from zooming in and out to control the text size. The browser also comes with “Page Preloader,” a feature that preloads the consecutive page in case of paged articles.
