1. Lamborghini Veneno
Lamborghini, now an affiliate of the Volkswagen Group unveiled its own "extremely exclusive" Veneno two-seater. The new Lamborghini is among the most expensive, with a pre-tax sticker of $3.9 million, triple the cost of the Ferrari. According to the company, only three Venenos will be built, and all three are pre-sold. The car is based on Aventador underpinnings, and uses an uprated 740-hp 12-cylinder, ISR gearbox and carbon-fiber monocoque. The cabin is dripping in carbon fiber, with the monocoque visible to the passengers in the center tunnel. Although, the supercar is designed for the track, it is street legal. In terms of styling, the Veneno comes with scissors-style doors, massive rear wing, roof-mounted air scoop and "shark fin" stabilizer. Its 6.5 liter V12 engine, which is mounted behind the seats, drives all four wheels through a seven-speed transmission. The Veneno is rated at 740 horsepower, while the LaFerrari at 963 hp.
