New Delhi: Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, GIC Pte Ltd, has created a joint venture with Vatika Group for two residential projects in Gurgaon.
Vatika Group will develop these projects, which are expected to be completed by financial year 2018-19. These projects would generate revenues in excess of Rs 20 billion, the two companies said.
Other details of the joint venture were not disclosed.
GIC recently invested in an office tower in Tokyo, shopping centre in Rome and logistic properties in the United States.
