New Delhi: The competition appellate tribunal has directed real estate manor DLF to pay a penalty of Rs 630 crore pay for abusing dominant position and violating section 4-2A of the Competition Act.
The company has been given time for 60 days to pay the penalty and appeal in the Supreme Court against the order.
The company is accused of directly or indirectly imposing unfair conditions for sale and purchase of goods and services.
