New Delhi: The Delhi High Court today refused to lift the ban on plying of Uber cabs in the national Capital.
On the other side, the Delhi Police filed a charge sheet in the court against Uber cab driver, Shiv Kumar Yadav, who is accused of raping a 27-year-old woman executive in Delhi.
