This means they should turn their focus on you, by turning off the mobile phones or closing the door. If they're easily distracted or go in and out of the interview room quite often, you might want to continue your job application somewhere else.4. It feels like an interrogationA good interview should be like exchanging views from both ends. If shouldn't give you the feeling that you're in the hot seat. It shouldn't be a one-sided conversation and must have back and forth dialogue. 5. They don't smileFrom an employer's perspective, establishing and maintaining a rapport during the entire process is crucial.
